Support

How can we help?

Email support@unfairly.ai. A person reads every message, usually within one business day. Include your deck's link if it's about a deck.

Installing the plugin

Follow the steps on the install page. The plugin needs an agent with a real shell: Codex or ChatGPT Work. Nothing else needs installing first. On your first deck it sets up what it needs in ~/.pitch-unfairly, including Node.js and Chrome if your computer doesn't have them, without admin rights. That takes a few minutes once; after that a new deck starts in seconds. To remove it, delete that folder. If ChatGPT doesn't list the plugin after you add the source, restart the app and look again in Plugins.

Signing in and connecting

The first time you publish, your agent asks you to sign in to Unfairly and approve the connection. Any email works; we send you a sign-in link. To disconnect an agent, remove the plugin's connection in that agent's settings, or email us and we'll revoke it.

Publishing and links

Brand kits

Give the agent your website and it captures your colors, fonts, logo, and imagery, then shows you a brand board to approve. Save it, and every deck after uses it. If your brand uses a commercial font, the plugin picks the closest open font unless you provide font files you're licensed to use on the web.

The "Made with Unfairly" badge

Decks published from free accounts show a small badge in the corner. To publish without it, email us.

Deleting your data

Email privacy@unfairly.ai from your account's address to delete a deck, your brand kit, or your whole account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Report a deck

If a deck on pitchunfairly.com is phishing, impersonating someone, infringing, or otherwise breaks our Terms, email support@unfairly.ai with its link. Copyright notices go to legal@unfairly.ai.
