What we changed

  • The résumé unfoldsA pink tri-fold opens panel by panel on entry: monogram, 4.0, 179, president of Delta Nu. One button folds it back up.
  • 179 counts up the curveThe score report climbs from 120 while a marker runs the distribution to the 99.9th percentile.
  • Why Harvard, with or without WarnerA fit matrix shows the personal reason, strikes it in crimson pen, and Harvard still wins. Put Warner back in with one click.
  • The objection gets overruledThe committee's "not serious" flips to the ruling and the evidence, and a pink gavel lands.

Steal the structure

Build your admissions and hire-me deck like Elle Woods did.

  1. 01 Who I am One line: your name, your credential, and the trait they are buying.
  2. 02 Proof Your hardest number at poster size, against the field it beat.
  3. 03 Case study One story where you did the job before you had it: claim, evidence, result.
  4. 04 Why this place A fit matrix against the alternatives. Show your personal reason, then show you win without it.
  5. 05 What I'll bring The one skill nobody else in the cohort has, then the rest as a quiet list.
  6. 06 The objection Name their doubt in their words and answer it with evidence, not adjectives.
  7. 07 References The voucher who knows your work best, up front; the rest kept short.
  8. 08 The ask The exact seat or role and the start date. Then stop.
