What we changed

  • The weak channels slide became a machineHer verdict was "scalability unclear." Now investors drag a sales-pod slider and watch 40 demos, 28% close, and $36K a month turn into ARR.
  • Projections got a model and a choiceToggle default alive (profitable in 5 months) against the plan ($3M, then $10M ARR, 15 to 53 people). The round reads as a choice.
  • The product plays itselfAn email lands in support@, gets assigned, picks up a comment, and resolves. Three adjectives became one conversation.
  • The ask moved next to the marketThe $10M sat at slide 15 and the Slack analogy at 19. Now they close the deck together, and 21 slides became 12.

Steal the structure

Pitch your company like Front did.

  1. 01 Promise The product in one line, with the thing it replaces in view.
  2. 02 Problem One poster-size number and the reason the old tool fails teams.
  3. 03 Product Play one real workflow from start to finish.
  4. 04 Wedge Why this entry point: small commitment, big pain, willingness to pay.
  5. 05 Customer love Short quotes with seat counts, one hero quote.
  6. 06 Growth One multiple over twelve months, with churn beside it.
  7. 07 Net retention Show the cohort spending more a year later.
  8. 08 Efficiency Money spent against ARR earned, side by side.
  9. 09 Go-to-market engine The repeatable channel as a model investors can turn.
  10. 10 Plan and use of funds Default alive against the plan, tied to hires.
  11. 11 Team Who builds and who sells, and the unfair advantage.
  12. 12 Market and ask The analogy that sizes the prize, then the number.
